Toycon :D (Sat, 15th August)
Met Muhaimin, my long lost primary sch friend at my void deck. Then we set off to go Toycon together. Sorry TBN peeps that i neglected your that day~ >.<
A lttle history of us. Long long time ago, back in the days when we're still gi nas, we were considered the 2 best draw-ers in our class. Err.. I mean artists lol. Not that we're super good, just that the others' art simply cmi. BWAHAHAHA~ He's a very creative, humourous & friendly guy as far as i know. Lose contact after PSLE, til some months back when he added me in facebook. Turned out he's also a cosplayer now, though more of western cosplay. & we lived in the same block!! LAWL but we don't see each other much de.
So we met up, & turns out that one of his malay soccer gang buddies, Afnan wanted to tag along last minute. Ah whatever.. =.=

Ironman. Never seen this version before though. Just don't get why his bloody muscles are so solid that it can get imprinted on his iron suit. The 1st movie's ironman design ish definitely better.
Afnan ish so obsessed in getting the perfect 5 sec score. Kept escaping from us to attempt it. Almost lost him one time. Yeah, but he finally got it. 5.00 sec. Steady sia. The closest i can get ish like 4.73 sec? LOL
This is so Muhaimin's drawing style. Except Muhaimin drawings are more cartoony, out of proportion, less colourful & strange looking.

Wrestler figurines & toys!! So much variety to choose from. Wanted to buy the Rey Mysterio (The red mask, red pants one, can ya spot him?) & the Shawn Michaels referee. But not enough moo-lah to afford 2. Damn. had to choose one:( Bought the referee only in the end. LOL The ring's like gonna collapse soon, so many wrestlers standing on it.

Bought quite a few stuff from Toycon. Very happy with my hoots. Totally worth it. Total damage ish around $50-60+ altogether :D

There's another design available too, which i apparently didn't choose it. Hmmm.. Captain of the Watch, from the Magic Core Series 2010. Not bad either. But i prefer the elf :p
Muhaimin's got one with a huge blue-ish man design instead, dunno what character though.
Also bought this artbook for like $20, titled Astro Cityzen, by Leong Wan Kok aka Puyuh. I think he's a malaysian artist, & he's got an illustraion style i really like.. GREAT!!
Pretty unique illustration i feel. Not sure about you all readers' taste though :p
They gave me this bag with a very cute design on it too *V-sign* :D

KK this is the end. Enough of the referee pics spam lol. Feels abit weird going to an event without the TBN gang. But nonetheless, i've still enjoyed it very much.
